Step 2:

Check vertical and horizontal dimensions to make sure that the scale is at 100%.

Step 3:

Cut the template slightly outside the dotted line.

Step 4:

Affix it to a stiffer piece of material for easier use. Finish cutting directly along the dotted line.

Step 5:

Lay the template inside the wheel as shown and verify that the brake caliper does not touch the inner diameter and inner spokes of the wheel. A minimum clearance of 2mm is recommended.

Note:
CJ™ provides two dimensions for the centre bores of the wheels in several applications. One for the original wheels and one for commonly used aftermarket wheels. Please cut according to the centre bores of your wheels.
